Our aim is to meet all agreed-upon project specifications. If the completed work does not meet the documented requirements, we offer the following remedies before considering a refund:
Unlimited Revisions: Unlimited Revisions: We provide unlimited revisions to ensure the final product aligns with your project needs.
Reassignment or Rewrite: We will reassign your project or rewrite content if necessary to achieve satisfaction.
Credit for Future Use: If the work remains unsatisfactory, you may reserve an equal number of pages or value in future services.
Should these remedies not resolve the issue, a partial refund may be considered based on mutual agreement and the specific circumstances of the project.
While we prioritize on-time delivery, a refund will be considered only if a delay occurs solely due to our error, documented through at least three attempted communications. Refunds for late delivery will only be granted if the delay is directly attributable to IgniteBookPublishing.com.
Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the original payment date. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Minor Errors: Small errors, such as typographical or grammatical issues, do not qualify for full refunds. Partial refunds or discounts may be offered for future services as needed.
Client-Related Delays: Refunds will not be issued for delays or issues resulting from the client’s own actions or lack of communication.
